HOURS OF SERVICE Classes visit the library once or twice a week. Student visits to the library are not limited to an assigned time. Students may come to the library at any time with their teachers' permission. The Media Center is open from 9:00am to 3:25pm Monday through Friday.
CHECKOUT Every class visits the library once a week to borrow and exchange books. Grades third through sixth may check out three books. First and second graders may check out two books, and kindergartners check out one book at a time. Books should be returned or renewed each week. They become overdue after two weeks.
At the end of the school year one student in each grade will be rewarded for checking out, reading and returning the most books from the Frost Lake Library.
OVERDUE BOOKS Students receive overdue notices every two weeks. Students with overdue books may not check out anything until the books are returned. We do not charge fines; however, students are required to pay for lost or damaged materials. We refund money for lost books that are returned in good condition.
