Welcome!
I am beginning my 8th year of teaching English Language Learners, with
5 of them at Frost Lake. I love learning about my students' cultures
and different homelands. Their determination to learn English is really
inspiring. My goal is for students to work hard and have fun while
learning. I believe that every student can succeed and my hope is that
they will continue their education through college.
My family
and I love to ski, bike, hike, swim, visit the Teton Range in Wyoming
and spend lots of time outdoors. One of my favorite field trips for 6th
graders is taking them skiing in February! It is so fun to see
beginning students master the basic skills of skiing in a matter of
hours. By the end of the day, they have huge smiles on their faces as
they go down the hill. |
