Frost Lake Second Grade
Welcome to the second grade web page. We hope you enjoy sharing in our learning adventure this year. Our goal is to update this page monthly, so check back regularly. We have been working hard this past month to learn rules and procedures in order to make our year go smoothly. Now that most routines and procedures are in place we can get down to the business of working towards achieving all the second grade standards, and there are many. We look forward to conferences when we can share with you all your child's success and hard work. However, please remember that we open and invite any questions or comments you may have through out the year. Please feel free to contact us via written notes, phone calls, or email. We value your input and recognize the importance of creating a home school connection.

Homework help ideas
It is important that students complete their assigned homework. Here are some ways to help your child with their homework.

1) Provide a well-lit place

2) Have a regular time daily to do homework

3) After homework is finished, place in backpack and put backpack in the same place every night - this way your child can remember to get their backpack daily
